Octopus Shell Staff

To call the Octopus Shell Staff rare is the biggest understatement in the Cosmic Universe. Emity Pacifion made only seventeen of these majestic staves. Not wanting to heavily impact the aquatic environment, Emity only used tentacles from an Octopus after it had died.
