Crystal Ball Staff

The Crystal Ball Staff is just that, a sphere made of alluring living crystal from the foothills of the Mystic Alpines, wrapped with a finely-crafted wooden staff. The distinctive swirl pattern of the wood is quite intricate and difficult to replicate. Riley Pale managed to craft the staff design in just a few days and began crafting them en masse.

A common rumor surrounding the staff is that while making them, Riley saw his future in the crystal ball atop one of the final staves and disappeared to avoid it. As a result, only around six hundred of these pieces were made and are generally favored by female Wizards who are brave enough to stare down their fate and meet it head on. Holders of this staff are in no way clairvoyant. However, many have been known to offer services of fortunetelling to those who believe in their power.
