Each region provides landholders with unique environments, resources, and gameplay experiences. Each player who owns land will have the opportunity to gain XP and level-up their land. The more a player advances by harvesting resources and building increasingly-advanced structures, the more they can unlock and build. The higher a player levels-up thanks to developing their land, the more opportunities they have to discover and unlock rare artifacts, potions, and other Item NFTs.

Players will earn additional staking rewards in the form of resources, which can be bundled and then converted into a TBD stablecoin. Certain land, according to its location (such as adjacent to official roads), is more desirable and valuable than others based on what resources can be harvested, gathered, and mined on them. The more land a player has, and a higher degree of value the land has given their location, beauty score, resources, and level of architectural advancement, the more rewards a player can get for them when staked and sold on the game's marketplace. Additional rewards are received from resources harvested by other players on a landowner’s plot. Landholders have first rights to any resources that spawn on their land.&#x20;

Land plots will also be able to be rented out (along with Character NFT's) to people who cannot afford to own land outright.&#x20;
